Pilates for every body!

I grew up dancing and was never an “athletic” person. When I found Pilates at the end of high school, I found a modality that made me feel strong and helped my instrument as a performer.

Pilates is helpful for so many people, from those with chronic pain and limited mobility, to professional athletes. My philosophy is that your body will be happier when it is mobile and has increased range of motion and connection.

Pilates was originally made for people in confined spaces (it was created in prison on the British Isle of Man… you gotta google this stuff, it’s wild!), so you don’t always need the fancy equipment that we know and love. I have clients who love working on the equipment and others who are die-hard Pilates mat fans. A little bit of both helps you get the most out of this modality.

I hold a 450 hour Comprehensive Pilates Certification and am always taking continuing educational courses and workshops to better help my clients.
